i think we have a problem with the fax from outside the netherlands. We could receive every fax from the netherlands but we think not from outsite the netherlands.

new software, new fax modem installed.

will you please send us a fax for testing? (if you can)

0:03 fax from? same problem, only the top of the fax is coming in at our fax. But not the rest.

Yes... this was me.

It was properly connecting but while the transmission an error occured.

If you want you could communicate
+49-(0)12120-246981
as fax-number as long as there are problems.

This is a "unified messaging service" fax by GMX which is delivered by eMail.
Therefore I could easily forward these fax-mails to you.

strange, it works al the time fine, untill the modem broke! new modem, new software and now problems with receiving a fax.

We still looking for a solution. Till then we can use your fax number for Germany!.

Markus can you try another time? i have changed some settings of the modem. If that doesn't work we get a original fax and no software fax.

Kein ansluB auf deise nummer.

Sorry, it's a special sercvice number inside Germany that costs 12ct/min. from the German phone net AND the GSM mobile phone net of t-mobile.
(they have just changed the numbers... last year international calls were received)

It might be unrechable now from outside Germany.

For outside Germany fax transmissions I could offer you a standard telephone line on +49-(0)611-56579934

i have received your fax this morning, still not working. I go to the dad of my wife, he sells fax machines. So this afternoon there is a brand new standaard fax machine here!.
