Lothar Holst & Harry Fruth would like to organize it in Berlin here in Germany. They will be supportd by some of us as unfortunately they don't speak english. They already started a little bit with the organization: place is found, urls are already reserved, homepage-programming and Logo-art work starts in the next weeks.
